Get Out More CIC is a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. Due to our success and ambitious plans to grow, we are recruiting to expand our team in 2022.  We have two new positions; Operations Manager and Forest School Practitioner.

We are looking to recruit a talented Operations Manager to help us reach the next stage in our development.  This post is a key addition to our Senior Leadership Team and will manage the smooth running of Get Out More’s range of services, ensuring we are making best use of our people, processes and resources to deliver a programme which delivers our mission. You will be an exceptionally well organised and efficient individual used to dealing with a diverse workload and able to meet deadlines.  You will be managing a small staff team and overseeing a range of projects so a strong communicator with good interpersonal, numeracy and IT skills is important to us.

Our ideal Forest School Practitioner will help us deliver a broad range of forest schools and outdoor learning activities for children, young people and occasionally adults in Bradford district.  The practitioner will be passionate about nature and the outdoors and keen to share their skills with others.  The ideal candidate for Practitioner should have a Forest School Level 3 qualification including up to date Outdoor First Aid qualification
