Wellbeing Wednesdays: Keighley Cliffe Castle Park

A wellbeing group for adults in Cliffe Castle Park to reduce stress and feel more positive. Activities such as natural crafts, nature walks, fire lighting, campfire cooking, clay art, and whittling will be incorporated. There are some steep hills in the park. No dogs or children please. 

 

The session will run from 1pm until 3pm, meeting outside the cafe at Cliffe Castle.

 

This is a child-free and dog-free session to allow relaxation for all

 

participants. Please switch your mobile phone to silent at the

 

beginning of the event and avoid making and receiving calls during the

 

session.

26/06 – Tai Chi Cliffe Castle

 

03/07 – Walk & Talk

 

10/07 – Walk & Talk

 

17/07 – Visit to Stocksbridge Nature Reserve, Riddlesden. Meeting instructions provided on booking. Strictly 12 spaces available

 

Break for summer holidays and back at Cliff Castle on 04/09

 

 

 

The group will be run by:

 

Sue Barker from Get Out More, a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. Sue is a qualified forest school leader.
