Annie Berrington 

is the founder of Get Out More and its Managing Director responsible for running the organisation including securing contracts, developing programmes and looking after the day to day business of developing the social enterprise.  Annie is a qualified forest school practitioner but these days gets out less than she used to!

Susan Eardley 

is the Administrator who looks after the finances, human resources and organisational administration.  Susan has over 20 years of experience supporting third sector organisations.  Also known as the Spreadsheet Queen.

Lauren Emsley

is one half of our Project Assistant team, whose responsibilities include promoting the projects, administering bookings and recruiting volunteers.  Lauren works on the Holiday Forest School bookings as well as promoting and supporting the All for Play programme.  You will find her in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Julia Babbitt

is the other half of our Project Assistant! Julia supports administration and marketing for our wide range of projects, especially the Forest School Play Project and Forest Pathways. Julia loves being outdoors and has now qualified as a Forest School Practitioner so is let out of the office to work on the projects too.  Julia’s working days are Tuesday – Friday.

Sam Colman

is the lead Forest School Practitioners working on the Better Start Bradford Forest School Play Project, but helps out on other projects too.  Sam has heaps of experience of running forest schools with all ages, including very young children.  He is a ‘big kid at heart and enjoys forest schools as much as the children’.

Lizzie Lee

is the lead Forest School Practitioner for Keighley Big Local All for Play programme and is a familiar face at the Wild Woods Club in Keighley.  Lizzie has worked with children and young people from a range of backgrounds, building trusting relationships through her friendliness and positivity.

Hazel Thompson

is busy running sessions in both Bradford and Keighley for the Forest School Play Project and All for Play.  As a mum of six, she knows plenty about playing with children and throughout the week pops up in parks and woodlands with a raft of nature-based ideas for families to join in.
