Wellbeing activities in the outdoors
for adults

We currently run wellbeing sessions in Keighley and Whafedale (Ilkley, Burley in Wharfedale, Addingham and Otley)

Wellbeing Wednesdays are weekly sessions in Keighley parks aimed at adults who would like to experience the health benefits of connecting with nature, in a supported, guided group.  Sessions can include walking in nature, sensory activities, Tai Chi, arts and crafts and campfire cooking. This project is supported by the Keighley Health Grant and Bupa Foundation.

Wharfedale Breathing Spaces are weekly sessions in parks and green spaces in Wharfedale. These sessions include Tai Chi, walking in nature and natural arts and crafts. These sessions may be prescribed by your social presciber. This project is run in partnership with Wharfedale Airedale Craven Alliance and supported by the Bupa Foundation, The National Lottery Community Fund and Enable 2.
