Unpaid Carers Wellbeing Walk – Cliffe Castle Park

Join our unpaid carers wellbeing group for a relaxing wellbeing nature walk in the park, and activities including nature arts and crafts, campfire cooking, tai-chi, photography, yoga and much more! Perfect for mind and body; helps to reduce stress and anxiety, boosts mood, lowers blood pressure and improves strength and balance.

 

Meet at 10.30am at the bench outside the cafe.

 

This is a child-free and dog-free session to allow relaxation for all

 

participants. Please switch your mobile phone to silent at the

 

beginning of the event and avoid making and receiving calls during the

 

session.

 

The group will be run by:

 

Sue Barker from Get Out More, a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. Sue is a qualified forest school leader.
